These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including bespoke floral arrangements, event floristry, corporate floral subscriptions, unique plant gifts, dried flower artistry, sustainable sourcing, delivery services, and workshops. 2. Ordering and Payment
- All orders placed through our site are subject to availability and acceptance.

3. Delivery Policy
- We aim to deliver all items within the agreed-upon timeframe. Specific delivery details, including areas covered and charges, are outlined on our delivery information page.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
- In cases where the recipient is not available, we will attempt to leave the delivery in a safe location or arrange for re-delivery, which may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations for standard floral arrangements must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pick-up time for a full refund.
- For event floristry and corporate subscriptions, specific cancellation policies will be detailed in the individual service agreement.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered once items have been delivered, unless there is a significant issue with the quality of the product, which must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Workshop fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by Abyss Bloom. Transfers to another workshop date may be permitted if notice is given at least 7 days prior to the workshop.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Abyss Bloom or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from this site without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Abyss Bloom will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products, even if Abyss Bloom has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
